Tim Hall joined Cedarwood Financial Partners as a founding partner after serving his clients as a financial advisor at Edward Jones for five years. Prior to serving in the wealth management industry, Tim had a successful career in the electrical wholesale industry.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina; he also holds the Accredited Asset Management Specialist Certification from the College of Financial Planning. Tim credits his grandfather, an accountant for more than 60 years, for stressing the importance of planning for the future and having long-term financial plans.
Tim is an avid golfer and pickleball enthusiast.
With clients in Olean, New York, and across the country, Tim believes it’s important to take the time to get to know his clients personally to understand their lives and financial goals.
He helps his clients with a wide variety of financial goals and wealth strategies including retirement planning, college savings, estate planning, and preparing for the unexpected. He wants to serve as a financial partner and resource for his clients to help solve any financial situations that may arise.

Troy Vincent joined Cedarwood Financial Partners as a founding partner after serving his clients at Edward Jones for fifteen years.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and worked as a thermodynamics engineer in the oil and gas industry for ten years before moving to the financial industry.
Troy was born and raised in Olean, New York. Troy and his wife, Tara, have four children. When away from work, Troy can be found with his family, participating in and attending sporting events and enjoying any outdoor activity.
Troy places the highest value on serving and visiting his clients.

Lori’s role at Cedarwood is to make sure clients know they are in good hands—that they can trust the financial planners as well as the CSS team to make things go as smoothly as possible. She loves chatting with clients and learning about their families and hobbies.
In her free time Lori is baking for family and friends and spending time with her 3 beautiful grandchildren. Lucas is 8 and a mathlete, Leo is 5 and the sweetest little redhead on the planet and Lola is turning 2 soon and is full of sass! Her daughter, Hailey and her husband Tyler are wonderful parents and she is so proud of them.
Lori loves anywhere that serves good New York Style Pizza, and in Olean, her favorites are Mangia’s and Renna’s.

April appreciates the simplicity of being a Customer Service Specialist: to Serve clients to the best of her ability. She has been working in the Financial Services industry for over 30 years, along with working with her financial planner as a team to give the best service possible to our clients.
She enjoys helping clients reach their goals and becoming part of their family! April gets a smile on her face every time she knows the branch team had a part in helping clients reach their goals: when a client leaves the office confident that they are going to be able to retire, or take that dream vacation, buy that new car, pay for their children to go to college or pay for a wedding.
April and her husband, Michael and 2 dogs (Lucy Lou and Junior) and they all live in Olean. She has a grown son, Mason.
During her free time she enjoys singing and making music with her husband. They have a music ministry called Chord of Three Strands and are very active with their worship team at their church. April enjoys camping, cruising, crocheting, and gardening.
When she wants a dinner night out, Beef-N-Barrell is her go to and she notes the Mud Pie is to die for!
